In this e.g. we are using Cheapest Supplier as the pricing method.

In order to update the pricing method of your stock products to be Cheapest Supplier:

  • Go to Stock > Product Main Grid Manager 
  • Search for all stock codes
  • Remove any results you don’t wish to update from the Results tab 
  • In the Change tab select Update Pricing Method to and select the Cheapest Supplier from the drop down and then Apply

To mark a supplier to be included in the cheapest calculation, you will need to do so in the Product Suppliers Grid Manager.

  • Search for the supplier you wish to include in the cheapest calculation in the Search tab, an option is visible at the top of the screen.
  • In the Change tab select Include in the Cheapest Calculation – Yes then Apply.

**Please note that Prima will only look to supplier included in the cheapest calculation when assigning a supplier/ cosfddfdfdfand by updating the pricing method you may incur delivery charges from multiple suppliers if an order contains lines with various Cheapest Suppliers.
