To merge a sales invoice, one invoice must be outstanding the other items must be in the available lines or both sales invoices must be outstanding. Please see the steps below depending on the current status of the lines:
IF One invoice is outstanding the other are in the available lines:
1. Open the sales invoice.
2. In the Header tab there is a button Additional Items, click this
3. Highlight the lines in the grid you wish to add and select Add Selected
IF Both invoices are outstanding:
1. Chose which invoice you wish to merge the invoices onto (a), you will need to delete the lines off the other invoice (b).
2. On invoice b, click into the line you wish to add to invoice a and select the trash icon. This will move the line back into available lines to be invoiced. If you wish to delete all lines from this invoice, click into the Header and select the trash icon.
3. Once you have removed the lines from invoice b, you can complete this invoice.
4. Open sales invoice a
5. In the Header tab, there is a button Additional Items, click this button
6. Highlight the lines in the grid you wish to add and select Add Selected
*If the invoices are posted, you will need to use the Maintenance Tool to revert the invoice back to outstanding and delete this from Sage/QB, in order to be able to delete the lines off the invoice in Prima.
