In Prima Cloud, there has been a change to the set up of monthly invoicing to prevent discrepancies in the date in which the invoice is raised.


Rather than the date rolling on 28 days from the last invoice, the invoice date will default to the end of the month.


E.g. If you invoice on February the 28th, the next month the invoice will be released, will be March the 31st and so on...


Items will show as available to invoice 3 days prior to the invoice date that is set in the company record.
