Yes, when in Available Lines select the bottom Option 'All Available Lines Ignoring Any Profile Set'.

Note: This option should only be used as an exception such as this. You should always build your invoices as per your company invoice procedure i.e By Company Profile option.

Select the invoice line and click Create Invoices button
