1. Go to Invoicing > Sales Invoices

2. Type in the customer name or account code into the Customer search box, click Search

3. Select the company you wish to make an invoice for

4. Click New Record > Sales Invoice

5. A pop-up box will appear. Enter the Invoice reference and click Create

6. Once in the invoice, click the Lines tab> Click Here to Create New Record Enter

7. Type in the applicable fields.  i.e Description, Quantity, Unit Sell Price, RRP

8. Click onto the General Details tab > enter the Actual Cost > Landed Cost > Sales Person > Department > Nominal

9. Click outside of the red box or click the Save button

10. Go back to the Header tab

11. Change the status of the Invoice from Outstanding to Complete > Apply

12. A popup box will appear with the date. Enter the date for the month you want the invoice to be posted to Sage.

All fields highlighted in yellow are mandatory fields which must have data before saving.
