I do not get prompted when catalogs are available for download?

You do not have permission to download catalog files.  Contact the Prima coordinator in your company to check the permissions set against your user name in Administration.


I have imported my new catalogs, but the cost prices are incorrect.

Apply latest term files again.


The mailer files are in the Import folder and not importing. The EDC is running.

The files have been placed into the import folder on the wrong machine. The mailer files have to be imported from the machine it was set up for.


I am not sure if all the catalogs have imported as the EDC showed a timeout error message

A journal will be created when the catalogs have finished importing. The journal will state whether it has imported successfully. If there is no journal, then import the file again.


How do I know what I am importing?

The notification icon on the bottom right-hand side of the screen when clicked will list the publications. Only the publications ticked will download.


I cannot see any mailers?

The mailers are not viewed in the same place as standard catalogs. Go to Publications > Mailers and you will see them.


I have received a catalog from my vendor, but it won’t import?

The catalog file has to come via our data department.
