Highlight the line in which you wish to amend, select 'Edit' in the bottom left of the screen which will then prompt you with the 'Product Administration' pop-up to create a new pack size.
You can enter in the barcode for each here and change the pack barcode. When you are happy with the creation, click 'Split' to finalise.
