If an item does not scan on the Till, click Reset which refreshes the scanner.
If after Resetting the Scanner you cannot scan the item into the Till, follow the steps below to search for the item via Item Code or Description.
1. Click Search Item to the left of the Reset.
2. You will then be prompted to enter the Code and/or Description.
3. Click Search.
4. Select the item to add it to the order.
