If you have an Authoriser who's is not receiving emails to approve orders, firstly check in Prima > Company > Contacts that the correct authoriser is setup for the contact that has created the order. if the correct authoriser is set up them make sure they have the correct email set up. You can also view the email that was sent to the authoriser in Prima > General >Mail > Blue bar > Add %Pending into the Subject > Search. 


You can then see which Pending Order Confirmation emails have been sent and the email addresses they have been sent from and to. 


If the customer is then still not receiving the email, then check the email is not going into their junk mail and that their security allows emails from the sender.
