Customers can now pay their invoices online 


Firstly make sure your contact is set up to view invoices online. Prima > Company > Contact > Web Access Tab > Show invoices ticked 


To pay invoices online, the customer should log in with their user name and password > My Account > Dashboard > Invoice List / Pay Invoices.



The invoice list page shows you the invoices available, you customer should click on the invoice number then this will take them to the Invoice Details page.



 From the Invoice Details page they will be able to see individual lines items, request a PDF and add items to their cart.




To pay the invoices from the Dashboard >  Pay Invoices. They will need to check the box for the invoice that needs to be paid then hit continue at the bottom of the page 



This will then take them to the payment screen where payment can be taken
