In Prima, you can link two accounts together via parent and child companies. As part of this relationship, a user at the parent account can be set up so that they can log in to the child company.
This is beneficial where a parent company user may need to access child accounts for ordering/approval processes, as well as reviewing the order history on specific linked companies.
To set up a parent and child company:
In the child account, pop in your parent company in the field below:
To set up a parent contact who can log into the child account:
Go to the parent account
Click into the contact
In the contact, if you want them to log into the child accounts, ensure the tick boxes below are ticked
The Log to Child option will enable the parent contact to switch between accounts when logging into their own account online.
The Log to Child option will enable the parent contact to switch between the parent account and child accounts via their own account online
The Allow Multiple Company Logons option will enable the user to use child delivery locations online under one account, providing you have set up the same username and password for the parent contact and child contact.
For example, if you set up contact A with password ABC against the parent account, you can set up Contact A with password ABC against the child account and they can then login with the one username and password for all ordering regardless of the company
