In a company record, you will see a tab called Product & Pricing. This tab controls the customer's pricing outside of contract items, as well as the company can see online as default on their PrimaGo webstore.
Catalogue Control
In the product & pricing tab, the first options you will see are the Catalogues and Mailers that are assigned to a customer. The catalogues relate to the products that show online, and the mailers control pricing for both online on PrimaGo and in the back office via PrimaCloud.
By default, a customer will be set to Use Catalogues from WSControl.
The WSControl account is a special account in Prima that controls what catalogues and product show on the web. We recommend every customer is set to view catalogues from here as a default as you can easily control what items all customers (including those not logged in) can see from the WSControl account in the Catalogue/Mailers Allowed section.
The WSControl account can be found as you would by searching for any company in your Prima database:
In the example below, any customer set to use catalogues from the WSControl account would therefore see the catalogues and stock products (Default catalogue) as dictated. To add in a catalogue, you can click Add Publication. To remove a catalogue, click Remove Publication
The add and remove publications option can be used to add and remove mailers too. This is best controlled via customer offers as below.
Customer Offers
In the tab, you can also assign a Customer Offer against an account. This offer will then be reflected in the mailer and discount band sections:
